Official Marion County criminal records must be requested from the government office that maintains them. The routes below separate court files from sheriff, jail, police-report, sealing, and statewide Arkansas record requests while explaining the limited role of this private reference website.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run reference website cannot retrieve criminal records, perform an official background check, correct or remove a record, or accept an Arkansas petition to seal a case. Those services must come from the proper government custodian.
